How long does an application take?
Verification and assessment run as soon as your documents are complete. The step that takes longest is almost always waiting for documents — which is why we ask you to check readiness first.
Do I need to be registered with CIPC?
For most business products, yes. Micro Enterprise Finance is designed for traders who are not yet registered, and our advisory team can register you if that is the only gap.
Can I apply if I have a judgment?
A judgment does not automatically disqualify you, but it will need to be addressed. Take the assessment — it will route you to the work that clears the path.
Do you fund start-ups?
Rarely with debt, and never before there is trading history to assess. Pre-revenue businesses are routed to training and clinics, and are welcome back once they are trading and banking.
What does it cost to borrow?
Pricing depends on product, term, security and the outcome of your assessment. Every quote is issued in writing with the full cost of credit disclosed, as required by the National Credit Act.
